Georgetown Internal Medicine Response to COVID-19

Georgetown Internal Medicine is always concerned about the health and well being of our patients. We are remaining open to continue to provide quality care to all our patients. We are monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic situation and making changes to our office for your health and safety. We continue to clean our office by sanitizing the waiting room and exam rooms often during the day. We have separated our office into two areas. Well and Sick.
For our Sick Patients:
If you are sick, please call the office and we will review your situation. Not everyone will need to come into the office. For those, we will provide guidance and information for self monitoring and treating your condition. For those we feel a need to come into the office, please call at the time of arrival and we will direct you into our back entrance. Please do not enter our main lobby.
For our Well Patients:
We are continuing to see patients in our office for their health care needs. We are committed to your continued access to quality healthcare. We are limiting your exposure as much as possible by getting patient's back into exam rooms as quickly as possible and to distance patients while in the office as much as we can. If you would like to wear a mask, please bring one with you. Our supplies are very limited and we are unable to obtain additional supplies at this time.
