Matthew Birdwhistell, D.O.
Dr. Matthew Birdwhistell returned to Georgetown, Kentucky to join Georgetown Internal Medicine in 2013 after first practicing in Morehead, Kentucky. He is a native of central Kentucky and received his Bachelor of Science degree from Georgetown College. He is a graduate of the Pikeville College School of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency at The Christ Hospital, Cincinnati, Ohio in 2011. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Birdwhistell believes that good communication and involvement with your primary care physician improves patient outcomes. Dr. Birdwhistell enjoys working on his land raising animals and gardening. He and his wife, Shira, have three children, Lily, Evan and Ella. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, and loves Kentucky basketball.

Allen T. Griifin, M.D.
Dr. Allen Griffin is native to Georgetown, Kentucky. He is a graduate of University of Louisville and completed his residency at the University of Louisville. He also completed his Infectious Diseases Fellowship at the University of Louisville. He first practiced medicine At Norton Healthcare in Louisville, Kentucky before returning to Georgetown in 2018. Dr. Griffin specializes in Preventive medicine, orthopedic infections, HIV/Hepatitis C, adult immunizations, diabetic foot infections and health and disease management. Dr. Griffin enjoys running. He and his wife Lora reside in Georgetown.

Benjamin Lyon, M.D.
Dr. Benjamin Lyon is a graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Medicine. He completed his residency at University of Virginia, Charlottesville, Virginia in 1995. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Lyon believes that when making medical decisions for your patients, you should "treat your patients as if you were treating family". He and his wife Tracee, have three children, Mitch, Jenna and Grace. They believe that Georgetown is a good place to live and that their children have benefited from the small town environment they have grown up in. The entire family is involved with Jenna's "A Change To Dance" program as active volunteers. Dr. Lyon enjoys traveling and spending time with his family and friends. He loves Kentucky basketball and horse racing.

R. Craig Martin, M.D.
Dr. R. Craig Martin is a graduate of West Virginia University School of Medicine. He completed his residency at West Virginia University, Charleston, West Virginia in 1993 and has been at Georgetown Internal Medicine since then. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Martin believes that patients should be fully involved in their healthcare decisions and treatment plans. He also is a big proponent of preventative medicine. He and his wife Carol Ann are active with the local Not Alone Pregnancy Center. They have two sons, John and Samuel. Dr. Martin enjoys time with his family and friends, church activities, baseball, bird watching, fishing and WV sports.

Mandy R. Mynhier, PA-C
Mandy has 12 years experience in the treatment diabetic patients. She has a Bachelors degree in Biology and also received her Masters in Science in Physician Assistant studies at The University of Kentucky. Mandy is a native of eastern Kentucky. She is now accepting new patients and will be accepting most insurances.
